Application scenarios

From fleet telematics to autonomous guided vehicles — the common thread is a hostile power rail.

BUS

Bus & rail infotainment

Multi-display passenger information and CCTV on one board. Route and fleet data share 2×2.5G LAN with AMT for remote management, in a vehicle that never stops.

T

Fleet & logistics telematics

Wide-voltage 9-36V plus ignition control for smooth power-up and clean shutdown with the engine. M.2 B-Key + SIM keeps a 4G/5G data link for the whole fleet.

AGV

AGV & mobile robots

Edge compute for navigation, machine vision and sensor fusion on battery platforms — low TDP and compact 155×117mm or smaller boards for tight robot bays.

Pain points & how we solve them

Vehicle power is nothing like a wall outlet — and the audit trail shows it.

V

Crank swings, load dumps and noise

A 12/24V bus can swing from 9V to 36V and spike on engine start. Boards rated DC 9-36V ride that rail without an external regulator — one less box, one fewer failure point.

Ignition, not wall power

Vehicle PCs must turn on with ACC and shut down cleanly to protect the disk. Ignition/ACC control does that automatically, preventing corruption on engine-off.

Vibration over 100,000 km

Road and rail shake equipment apart. We follow EN 50155 design references for vibration, shock and temperature, and use wide-temp −20~+60℃ silicon so it stays reliable in a hot cab.

I/O

Multiple vehicle buses, one board

CAN and multiple serial protocols meet in a vehicle. Boards offer 2×CAN, 6×COM (RS232/422/485 switchable) and M.2 E-Key for Wi-Fi/BT, so the on-board computer talks to every subsystem.

Recommended models & selection guide

Two wide-voltage boards — pick by size and how many vehicle buses you need to bridge.
