Where industrial reliability is manufactured.
A six-stage production chain — from 10-zone reflow to a −20~+60℃ aging cycle — runs every board before it ships, so quality is built in, not inspected in.
The manufacturing chain
Six gates that separate an industrial board from a consumer one — every board passes all six.
SMT · 10-zone reflow
Automated surface-mount line with a 10-temperature-zone reflow profile, handling fine-pitch parts down to 0201.
DIP · wave solder
Through-hole components and industrial connectors are wave-soldered for a mechanically strong, serviceable joint.
AOI + X-Ray
Automated optical inspection plus X-Ray BGA void checks catch shift, bridging and hidden solder defects.
ICT + FCT
In-circuit test verifies the netlist, then full functional test checks every port, COM and display output before burn-in.
−20~+60℃ aging
Every board runs a full-temperature aging cycle from −20℃ to +60℃ to expose marginal parts early.
100% final inspection
A per-IPC-A-610 visual and electrical inspection is signed off on every unit before it is packed.
Capacity & lead time
Realistic windows that hold — standard, customized and batch production.

No single operator owns quality. SMT, DIP and test each report into a shared lot record, and every stage has a pass gate before material moves on — rework is logged and re-inspected, not quietly bypassed.
Because industrial boards must survive 7×24 duty, we treat aging not as a sampling step but as a 100% run. Boards that leave a −40~+85℃ storage spec are also temperature-cycled to prove the margin.
