Outdoor boards for the grid, the charger and the battery.

Wide-temp, wide-voltage boards that acquire Modbus, CAN and RS-485 data for EV chargers, storage systems and PV inverters — built to sit outside, years at a time.

Application scenarios

Energy equipment lives outdoors and talks fieldbus — the board is the gateway between the asset and the cloud.

EV

EV charging stations

Controller core that reads meters, drives the charge process and relays OCPP to the network. Wide-voltage 9-36V plus RS-485/Modbus connects to the energy meter and BMS.

PV inverters & energy storage

Comms and data-logging for inverter and battery management. CAN and RS-485 channels capture cell and string data for trend and anomaly analysis at the edge.

Field data acquisition

Outdoor RTU-style acquisition across Modbus/CAN/RS-485 with 8-bit GPIO for digital I/O. M.2 B-Key + SIM keeps a 4G/5G uplink for remote sites with no LAN.

Pain points & how we solve them

Weather, isolation and protocol soup — the three things that break outdoor electronics.

Outdoor heat, cold and humidity

Chargers sit in full sun and freezing winters. Boards are rated −20~+60℃ operating and −40~+85℃ storage, so the controller survives the seasons instead of being replaced each year.

Fieldbus and protocol soup

Meters, BMS and inverters speak different buses. We put RS-232/422/485, 2×CAN and 8-bit GPIO on one board, so you read every asset without a rack of protocol converters.

V

Unstable supply at the site

Grid and battery voltage varies. DC 9-36V wide-voltage input tolerates sag and surge, and runs straight from a 24V battery bus without an extra DC-DC converter.

Isolation & reliability review

Energy hardware needs credentials. We supply boards carrying CE/FCC/RoHS and ISO 9001, along with IPC-A-610 assembly and full aging test, so your grid approval pass is smoother.

Recommended models & selection guide

Two fieldbus-ready boards — pick by COM/CAN count and power flexibility for the site bus.
