Boards that keep a production line alive — 7×24.

Multi-COM, GPIO and watchdog boards for PLC, HMI, machine vision and edge control. Unplanned downtime can cost US$30-50k an hour, so we build for uptime first.

Application scenarios

Where our boards sit in the factory, and which interfaces they drive.

PLC

Production-line controllers

Multi-serial PLC communication over RS232/422/485 plus 8-bit GPIO for limit switches and signals. COM1/2 switchable in BIOS on most ITX and 3.5-inch models.

SN

Machine vision

4K/8K display output and PCIe x4 for frame grabbers, up to 2×2.5G LAN to stream to vision PLCs. TOP800B drives HDMI 2.1 8K@60Hz.

Predictive maintenance

Edge acquisition of vibration and temperature via COM/CAN, with a 0-255s watchdog that auto-resets a hung node before it stops the line.

Pain points & how we solve them

The failure modes that end up costing the most, and the board features that answer them.

$

Downtime is six figures an hour

One stopped line can cost US$30-50k/hour. We spec watchdog 0-255s plus remote-reset headers and wide-voltage DC, so a single hung node restarts itself instead of stopping the line. Every board is then 100% FCT-tested and aged over −20~+60℃ before dispatch.

Legacy equipment, modern controllers

Retrofit old machines that still run RS232/422/485. Our boards expose up to 6×COM with protocol selectable by BIOS or jumper, so you bridge legacy serial and new IIoT without extra converters.

Heat and vibration in the cabinet

Sealed panels and enclosures run hot. Full line is rated −20~+60℃ operating, −40~+85℃ storage, with fanless options like MSK-TL5003AW (120g, no fan) for dust-prone sites.

I/O

Too few ports on a "modular" board

Nameplates list COM but the board only has two. We deliver real 8-bit GPIO, 2×CAN, M.2 B-Key for 4G/5G and optional PoE — so field wiring goes to the board, not to a rack of converters.
