Requirement
Share the platform, I/O and environmental spec. We confirm feasibility and freeze the BOM.
Review & NRE
We quote NRE and tooling (fixtures, BIOS, silk-screen) and lock the option matrix before spend.
Prototype / DVT
A prototype validates the build; test and thermal data come back before first batch.
Production
Volume runs from 50-300 pcs with a BOM-frozen, lot-traced process and first batch in 3-5 weeks.

Windows we hold for both small and long programmes.

A custom build does not relax quality. Every run ships through the same six-stage chain: 10-zone reflow, DIP wave solder, AOI/X-Ray, ICT/FCT, −20~+60℃ aging and 100% final inspection.
Because the BOM is frozen per order, repeat builds are consistent — and long-life programmes (7-10 years) can be quoted with a guaranteed supply window.
